Centerview at Irvine Concourse are a set of twin, luxury-style corporate office buildings that are part of EMMES’s portfolio of California commercial real estate properties.

To effectively advertise all of its premium-level amenities and features for prospective tenants, I was tasked with refreshing the brand look of their leasing material and brochure. Gold foil, white space, iconography, and dramatic interior/exterior shots were used to elevate the overall branding and capture the building’s combination of work-with-luxury lifestyle.
