Hawaiʻi Pacific Health is a health network family dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the people of Hawai‘i and the Pacific.

Overview

HPH offers a curriculum of free community health events for the its members and the local health community. To advertise these programs, I was tasked with designing tri-fold self-mailers that that outlined event details and included a perforated registration form.
